Karla's Flowers is dedicated to delivering the freshest blooms with an unwavering commitment to quality. Our delivery methods are designed to ensure that the flowers reach you in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging to maintain the freshness and beauty of the blooms during transit.
We believe in transparency, and our delivery costs are clearly communicated at the time of checkout. This helps us build trust and ensures that our customers can shop with confidence, knowing exactly what to expect. Please note that based on your time of order we will do our best to expedite delivery on the same day or next business day (Closed Sunday). Please be advised that on the delivery attempt we will do our best to get in contact with the individual to whom the flowers are for or a resident of the home but if no one is available we will leave the flowers safely by the door step, take a photo and send to the number or email provided. 

Exchange Policy

At Karla's Flowers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the flowers or the service provided, please reach out to us. We have a flexible exchange policy depending on the issue. We do require for you to bring in the arrangement in person to our store so that we can examine the flowers and based on our discretion we can exchange the arrangement for the same one or of similar value.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. We believe in making the process as easy as possible for our customers, ensuring that you can buy from us with confidence.

We do strictly have a NO REFUND POLICY.
