What is an FAQ section?Here you will find some of the most common questions asked. If you do not see an answer to a question and or concern, please contact the shop directly at 909-219-9360.

When will my flowers get delivered?If order placed and received by 11am PST, we can deliver same day before 5pm.

When can I pick up my order from the store?Order placed before 4pm PST can be available for same day pick up. Please allow a (2) hour window for us to work on your order.

What payments do you accept at the store?We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, apple pay, samsung pay and prepaid gift cards. Sorry No Personal Checks.

What are your store hours?We are open Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm PST Saturdays 9am to 5pm PST Sunday we are closed.

I received different flowers and or color from the online photo, why?Please note that depending on the season, flowers and colors can change. We will always strive to get the exact color and flowers for your desired arrangement but in certain seasonal situations we will substitute for a similar flower and or color to match the desired arrangement.

Do you deliver flowers to grave sites?Answer, No but we do deliver to the cemetery flower rooms. You then would contact them for proper placement of desired grave.

Do you guys do wedding arrangements?Yes, we offer full wedding services from Bridal Bouquets to stage flowers and table centerpieces. For this we do ask that you or your wedding planner contact us directly via telephone to set up a time and date to meet and discuss any and all details for your special day.

Inclement Weather DeliveriesOn days of extreme heat we will contact the recipient to advise them that their gift is on the way. They may reschedule delivery if the product cannot be left in a safe location due to severe weather conditions. Our flowers are designed to withstand the travel and arrive in great conditions. Of course, they'll need water and care according to instructions given.

Can I change the color of my roses?Yes, once order is placed please contact the store directly for any of these changes.
